Refund Policy

1. No Cancellations or Date Changes

Once a booking is successfully completed and confirmed, it is considered final.

  • No cancellations, no refunds, and no date changes are allowed under normal circumstances.

  • We advise guests to carefully review their travel plans before making a reservation.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unavoidable or extraordinary situations may occur. In such exceptional cases, guests may request a cancellation or date change by writing to us at:

All such requests must:

  • Be made in writing via email.

  • Include the booking reference number, guest name, and a brief explanation of the situation.
    Please note: Approval of cancellations or date changes in such cases is not guaranteed and will be reviewed solely at the discretion of ATVillas.com.

3. No Refund for No-Shows or Early Departures

  • Guests who fail to check in or depart early for any reason will not be entitled to any refund or booking credit.

  • The full amount paid will be retained as per the original booking terms.

4. Force Majeure

ATVillas.com shall not be held liable for cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government-imposed travel restrictions

  • Political unrest

  • Public health emergencies

In such cases, guests are encouraged to write to us. While refunds may not be provided, we may offer booking credits where feasible.
